THE PROJECT

This project is an Erasmus+ youth exchange organized by Euroteam Czech Republic, z.s. with participation of 30 youngsters aged 14-17 accompanied by their team leaders. The participants come from 7 European countries - the Czech Republic, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Malta, Romania and Croatia. 

The main topic of the project is entrepreneurship. During the project the methods of non-formal education, such as games, workshops, discussions, presentations, role-play activities, groupwork etc. will be used. After some ice-breking and team-building activities the participants will create fictive firms and will deal with business plans, SWOT analysis, creating promotion and commercials so that at the end of the project they could present their fictive firms to the other groups. Besides that we will also deal with unemployment in our countries, job interviews and creating attractive CVs.
